Yes! The Beverly Astro House is a single family house and the rental is for the entire home. The backyard with pool and hot tub is fully enclosed with complete privacy.
3 Bedrooms: 2 Kings and 1 Queen.
2 Bathrooms: One en-suite bathroom in the primary bedroom and one bathroom in the hallway shared by the other 2 bedrooms.
The Beverly Astro is in South Palm Springs in the historic neighborhood of Little Beverly Hills - a complete modernist neighborhood insulated from the high winds of north Palm Springs and minutes from the shops and restaurants of downtown.
While The Beverly Astro house is not technically ADA accessible, it is a single level home with no steps on property and there’s an ADA compliant front door that can accommodate a wheelchair.
